During the practice round we made several small bug fixes and added formatted email processing.  This processor has been tweaked a few times to handle various email formats that we have been receiving.  If you are still having problems you should send the floorman an email about the issue and/or check your email application settings to send text only email to the dealer.  We don't want to keep changing it once the tourney starts.
